In an effort to continue to feature beer with some of the most influential and respected culinary professionals in the world, we couldn’t think of a better chef than Rick Bayless. His cuisine features fresh and diverse flavors, both bold and delicate in their approach. Our brewery team took inspiration from many facets of Mexican cuisine and culture, showcasing ingredients found in the markets and on farms from various regions of the country. Three beers were created featuring herbs, fruits, chiles, agave, spices, and treatments of oak aging. These offerings highlighted the aspects of small batch artisanal products that enhance the pairing experience, drawing food and beer together to elevate the dance between balance and flavor.
