Event Description

Immerse yourself in a taste of the Pacific Northwest with this region's iconic influencers in wine and food. Owner Brian Canlis and Chef Brady Williams of the legendary Canlis Restaurant in Seattle have a talent for making people feel welcome. Their philosophy toward food is just as much rooted in family history as it is experimental. Vigneron Christophe Baron of Cayuse Vineyards and Horsepower Vineyards famously discovered an ancient riverbed in the Walla Walla Valley reminiscent of the southern Rhône and planted a group of renowned vineyards. His spectacular wines sell out each year and have waitlists many years long. We'll hear more from each of these culinary pioneers in a series of cooking demonstrations, lectures and tastings. Join us for the rare chance to gain skills and inspiration from some of the best of the Northwest in this unique take on classic cooking school.
