Event Description

Not everyone can fit in a trip to Burgundy, so we'll bring a taste of its legendary cuisine to you in this one-of-a-kind workshop. Marjorie Taylor and Kendall Smith Franchini of The Cook's Atelier will guide us through the skills and knowledge you need to pull off the hallmarks of French cooking. Mary Celeste Beall had the chance to learn from this spectacular mother-daughter duo in Beaune, France, and she was so blown away by the experience she just had to bring them here to Blackberry Farm to share with us! Join us in this three-day, hands-on opportunity to learn from some of the best teachers and chefs in the industry. The workshop will come just as The Cook's Atelier cookbook is slated to be released, so your culinary journey can continue after you leave the Farm.
