Event Description
A passion for accessible excellence, that's what Chef Ryan Hardy and Beverage Authority Robert Bohr share and what drove them to open up their first restaurant, Charlie Bird, in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City. Since Charlie Bird, they have opened two more restaurants, Pasquale Jones, and most recently, Legacy Records. Ryan worked his way from the iconic Rubicon Restaurant in San Francisco to a position at the famed Little Nell in Aspen, CO that earned him four nominations for James Beard Best Chef, Southwest. Meanwhile, Robert with 25 years of hospitality experience in NYC has worked as a sommelier and wine director at such gems as Gramercy Tavern and Daniel, and has received recognized by such publications as Food & Wine and The New York Times, among others. Their latest collaboration, Legacy Records, is leading the charge in dining and hospitality in NYC’s Hudson Yards neighborhood with a fresh culinary program, a renowned wine and beverage team all in a warm, inviting space. Naturally, the two dynamites of wine and food have not failed to impress their eccentric menus and the remarkable atmospheres of their restaurants have garnered much attention. Their restaurant group Delicious Hospitality which they run with partner Grant Reynolds holds a bright future of more masterful dining experiences. We're thrilled to have this dynamic team share their passion for wine and food with us in what promises to be a fantastic three days.
