Event Description
Put your travel plans on hold—we’re bringing one of the most influential chefs in the world to Walland. Chef René Redzepi forever changed culinary culture when he ushered in the New Nordic movement, characterized by its purity, simplicity and seasonal produce. Alongside his storied, Michelin-starred restaurant Noma in Copenhagen, which he recently reimagined as an urban farm, René also founded MAD, a thoughtful community dedicated to exploring and expanding ideas about food. He’ll be joined by legendary Importer Eric Solomon of European Cellars—who has been called “perhaps the finest importer in the United States”—to hand-select wines to pair with René’s exceptional cuisine. Known for his early championing of unheralded wine regions and innovative winemakers, Eric will bring a small handful of his favorite vintners to the farm, including rising star Dominik Huber of Terroir al Limit. Join us for an intimate, memorable weekend as we dine with these true visionaries.
