Event Description
Now in its fourth year, our annual Passing the Torch event benefits the program designed to honor our beloved late Proprietor, Sam Beall. Created to further the careers of young professionals in the wine, food and hotel industries, the Sam Beall Fellows Program gives participants lifechanging experiences that Sam was so thankful to have had himself. With plenty of wine from Eric Solomon, who is known for sourcing spectacular wines from small, family-owned and operated estates throughout France and Spain, and remarkable food from Michelin 3-star Chef, and longtime friend of the Farm, Michael Tusk of San Francisco’s Quince, this celebration will prove extraordinary—as it does every year.s the program designed to honor our beloved late Proprietor, Sam Beall.
