Steven, executive chef and co-owner of Atlanta's Miller Union, was recently name Best Chef: Southeast by the James Beard Foundation. He is deeply committed to serving seasonally-driven meals, and his award-winning restaurant and many other honors are proof that he does so with excellence. Vintner Andy Peay of Peay Vineyards shares a similar passion for a sense of place. His terroir-driven wines have won acclaim far beyond California, including being named Winery of the Year by the San Francisco Chronicle. We're excited to hear and taste more from Steven and Andy on their local and seasonal philosophies in a series of tastings and demonstrations.
