Event Description
Chef Alon Shaya caught the nation’s eye when he brought his fresh, nuanced approach to Israeli cuisine to the American South, earning numerous James Beard Awards. Born in Tel Aviv and based in New Orleans, Shaya has since founded Pomegranate Hospitality, opened its flagship restaurant Saba and recently published a cookbook. With great company and conversation around the table, we’ll share Shaya’s bright, modern Israeli food, paired with an exciting and masterful curation of wines from a Vintner soon to be announced.
