Event Description
A much-anticipated start to the Blackberry Year, Taste of the South is our annual celebration of Southern food traditions - and the ways the cuisine continues to evolve. This epic three-day event, featuring the Fellowship of Southern Farmers, Artisans and Chefs and benefitting the Southern Foodways Alliance, includes a dazzling mix of demonstrations, tastings and teachings to delight the palate. Beyond incredible food, we'll enjoy the fellowship of new and old friends, delicious wine and the unique perspective of some of the most important voices of today's food world. We're excited to welcome Chefs Charles Phan, Alon Shaya, Cheetie Kumar, Wine Importer Eric Solomon and Scholar in Residence Naben Ruthnum in this year's tribute to the past and future of Southern cuisine. Due to its popularity, this event sells out quickly.
