Among the experts sharing their knowledge and passion for a special selection of rare wines is globally-recognized winemaker Alvaro Palacios — owner of the iconic L’Ermita vineyard — and culinary innovator Chef José Andrés, who will join us to offer a taste of his avant-garde Spanish cuisine.
