Not only are Chef John Folse and Chef Rick Tramonto superstars in the culinary world individually, but now as partners too! Chef Tramonto is the former executive chef and partner of the world-renowned, four-star fine-dining restaurant Tru. Driven by his passion for Louisiana culture and flavors, Chef Folse is the king of Cajun cuisine. This past August, Folse announced his partnership with Tramonto as well as the formation of Home on the Range: Folse Tramonto Restaurant Development, LLC. Their first joint venture is Restaurant R’evolution, which recently opened in Fall 2011. Since purchasing their vineyard 25 years ago, Shari and Garen Staglin’s motto has been “great wine for great causes.” Through their operation of Staglin Family Vineyard and support of various charitable causes, they’ve certainly lived up to their philosophy. They will bring some very special bottles, including older vintages and large formats, to celebrate a very unique three days.
