The Barn at Blackberry Farm
The Barn is Blackberry Farm’s fine dining experience. Housed in a turn of the century bank-style barn located in the center of our Farmstead, the James Beard Award-winning restaurant offers multi-course menus of our Foothills Cuisine which focus on Appalachian ingredients from around the region as well as farm products harvested just a few feet from the front door. Alongside the antique-style linens, custom chairs, and sterling silver is a style of cuisine that is more formed and delicate, and expresses the essence of our food from the farm and south, though not necessarily “southern food.” Complimenting the cuisine is the James Beard and Wine Spectator Award winning wine program with more than 9,000 different selections housed in the Barn Wine Cellar.
Gentlemen are required to wear jackets; however, ties are optional. Ladies are requested to dress accordingly. Reserved seating is available from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Come early to enjoy your favorite wine or cocktail in the Gambrel Room at The Barn.
The Dogwood at Blackberry Farm
Rooted in the same philosophy of Foothills Cuisine®, The Dogwood is a place of “come as you are” moments with its farmhouse inspired menu, small batch beverage list, and genuine sense of southern hospitality and service. Focused on southern specialties and dixieland cocktails with a dose of family feel and bustling energy, the new Dogwood Bar dining experience gives you the chance to enjoy the Main House’s iconic view of the Smokies. Chef Sarah Steffan’s menu will offer a wholesome array of southern entrees, shareable appetizers and family style sides for the table, followed by Southern favorites like pies, cakes, crisps and seasonally perfect fruit served from the Dogwood hutch. Diners will also enjoy passed small bites and snacks throughout the night. The heart of the experience is its namesake watering hole, Blackberry’s most-frequented Dogwood Bar. You’ll taste celebrated southern cocktails, Blackberry Farm beer, a full Blackberry Farm curated wine list and an exclusive collection of unique whiskeys—all carefully stashed away by beverage guru Andrew Noye over the last decade.
