Blackberry Farm Pesto Dip

We love pesto whether it’s traditional basil pesto or our unique ramp or kale pesto. This versatile dip recipe is super easy and works with any of our Blackberry Farm Pesto blends. Serve with fresh crudité or chips.

Makes 1 ¼ cup

¼ cup Blackberry Farm Pesto

½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ teaspoon salt

Drain the pesto in a fine sieve over the jar or in a bowl. (Reserve the oil back into the original jar or use in another recipe, such as a delicious oil for scrambling eggs.) In a small mixing bowl, blend the sour cream, mayonnaise and salt together. Stir in the drained pesto until completely incorporated. You can garnish the top of the dip with a little dollop of pesto or drizzle the reserved oil on top. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Store covered in refrigerator for up to two days.
