Blackberry Farm Ramp Ranch Dressing

Creamy buttermilk blends with tangy Blackberry Farm Pickled Ramps to create this delicious dressing that can also be used as a dip for crudité and chips.

Makes 2/3 cup

1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons chopped Blackberry Farm Pickled Ramps
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 pickled ramp sliced into little rings for garnish

In a small bowl, blend together the sour cream, buttermilk, chopped ramps, salt, pepper and parsley together. Top with ramp rings to garnish.
Keep covered in refrigerator until ready to serve for up to 3 days.
