Bramble Hall

Bramble Hall, Blackberry Farm’s extraordinary new event center, was inspired by the timber-framed barns and rural halls that once hosted everything from harvests to meetings, dances to weddings. Just as those hard-working farm structures were distinguished by their versatility, Bramble Hall was designed to accommodate a range of events and activities, and to comfortably host groups of several dozen to several hundred. The warm, welcoming space has also been thoughtfully appointed with the laid-back, luxurious style that has become a Blackberry hallmark. The center’s agricultural inspiration is evidenced in a trio of clerestory cupolas, local stone fireplaces, reclaimed wood walls and massive wooden beams, while elegant modern touches like custom furnishings and lighting serve as a counterpoint to these more rustic materials. The result is a magical, expansive setting designed to be filled with the sound of lively conversation, laughter and live music.

Located just across from The Barn, Bramble Hall is a natural manifestation of Blackberry’s longstanding passion for the arts and entertainment, as well as a reflection of the Beall family’s love of hosting remarkable private events and experiences. Notable features include configurable meeting and dining spaces, a demonstration kitchen and an amphitheater equipped with state-of-the-art audio, visual and lighting. A one-of-a-kind wine tunnel connects the new venue to Blackberry — both figuratively and literally. The cellar passage, which was an experience Sam and Mary Celeste knew would delight guests, links Bramble Hall philosophically to the food and wine roots of the property, while also linking guests and performers directly and discretely to The Barn.
