Seafoam Jello Salad Shooters

It is always inevitable, someone brings has to bring a jello salad to the party.  This is recipe makes it a much more tolerable experience. After all mezcal always spices up the party.

2 Boxes Jello Brand Lime Jello

3 Ripe Bosc Pears

7 oz. Hot Water

4 oz. Cream

4 oz. Cream Cheese

4 oz. Del Maguey Crème de Mezcal

Core, but do not peel the pears, place in a blender with 3 oz. of hot water, puree and strain through a China Cap. Add Jello mix to the remaining 4 oz. of hot water and stir until dissolved. Add Jello mixture to pear puree and stir in the mescal. Add this mixture to the blender and add 4 oz. of cream and the cream cheese. Puree until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream and pour mixture into a brownie pan. Place in refrigerator and allow to cool and set. Cut into bite sized pieces that will fit onto a spoon.
