Strawberry and Red Beet Salad

 It's time for outdoor dining and we have the perfect summer side for your family style meals!

3 cups strawberry slices
Beets 4 peeled and julienned
Peeled red onion 1 small julienned
Italian parsley leaves ½ cp
Honey suckle blossoms 8-10


*You can eliminate the vinegar from the dressing and add in 8 oz of chopped Pickled Beets & Strawberries.

Raspberry vinegar ½ cp
Extra virgin olive oil 1 cp
Maldon salt
Fresh cracked pepper

Combine all of the vegetable components. Add to the vegetables the vinegar and olive oil. Season with the salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. Toss in the herbs and honeys suckle, correct the salt and pepper as needed and serve.
