We recently sat down and asked Gary a few questions. 

1. To decant or not to decant?
For bigger wines such as Syrah, I suggest and enjoy decanting.
 
2. Besides your own wine, what do you like to drink?
Barolos, Tempranillo, a great Chenin Blanc and Châteauneuf-du-Pape

3. Screw cap or cork?
Cork, cork, cork, cork, cork

4. What stemware do you like?
Riedel

5. Most memorable meal?
My first date with Rosella (33 years ago) was a fresh Caesar salad, lobster tail for entree with a 1976 Latour Corton
