Tasting Notes


At the Farm we love to reimagine ingredients and surprise our guests – and our taste buds – with delicious and unexpected flavors. Dining Room Manager Logan Griffin and The Barn Beverage team were inspired to “uproot” traditional use of carrots in the kitchen and create a gorgeous cocktail to brighten The Barn’s beverage menu – Uprooted.

We are excited to share this inventive and eye-catching cocktail, made with Tito's Handmade Vodka, as one of the official cocktails of the 2018 Billy Reid Shindig. We are excited to have Tito's as part of this event, and we'll be raising a glass to food, fashion, fun and fellowship! 

1.5oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
1.5oz fresh carrot juice
2 dashes Fee Brother’s Lemon Bitters
.75oz Yzaguirre Vermouth
1 cube of Demerara sugar
.25oz fresh lemon juice
1 sprig of dill

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 45 seconds. Double strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a Dill Sprig and Lemon Twist. Cheers!
