Kale Apple Cider

•    2 stalks of kale  
•    6 cups apple cider  

First, blanch the kale by removing the stalk, then heat for a few seconds in boiling water. Take out immediately and put into to ice water to shock the kale. After about five minutes, puree the kale with fresh apple cider and strain through a strainer pour in a glass and serve.

A lot of people don’t realize how healthy Kale is. It is high in fiber and low in calories and fat. It contains vitamins including iron, Vitamin K, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and calcium. Kale is a great anti-inflammatory food. Kale is also good for cardiovascular support. Kale can be used as a detox food.

8 oz of apple cider equals 2 servings of fruit. It is used to improve cognitive skills and is rich in antioxidants. Apple cider can also prevent heart disease and cancer.
