When you order products from the Blackberry Farm, you can be assured our team will prepare and ship your selection quickly and with the utmost care. Our products are seasonal, many with limited availability. So, get if you’re thinking “I’ll order that later,” think twice (however you want to word that). All items are shipped, via Fed-Ex, from Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee. We strive to ship orders within 48-72 hours from receipt of order.All shipments are via Fed-Ex unless specified otherwise.
All perishable items are shipped next business day air to ensure your product arrives in superb condition. You will be notified with order tracking details using the email address associated with your order. All fresh and frozen food products are carefully packed and shipped in an insulated container with ice packs to maintain optimum quality. When you order a perishable item in conjunction with non-perishable products via our online shop, your entire order will ship next day business air. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please note a 9.25% sales tax will be added for Tennessee delivery addresses.
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you redirect and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
