Grilled Flatbread with Ramp Pesto

(2 servings)

4 ounces flatbread or pizza dough
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Blackberry Farm Ramp Pesto
4 ounces sliced grilled chicken
1/2 cup halved cherry or pear tomatoes
1/2 cup Brebis cheese, crumbled

Preheat grill or broiler.

Roll dough out to 10 x5 inch flatbread. Brush with olive oil and grill or broil 2 minutes per side.

Remove from grill or oven; spread evenly with ramp pesto. Top with chicken, tomatoes and Brebis. Serve immediately or broil 1 minute to brown cheese.
