Surrounded by the beauty of the Farm, we invite you to release what no longer serves you and open your heart and mind to meaningful practices for the season. Join Charlotte Hardwick for meditation, seasonal health discussion, restorative and strengthening yoga practices, tea blending and journaling.
This experience is set up to allow you to select a one day or multi-day experience during your stay where you will enjoy unique seasonal offerings in a small group setting to nourish mind and body.
Highlights & Features
Day 1
- Meditation and Discussion on Seasonal Health: How can we stay in balance throughout the year? We’ll gather for a rosemary meditation followed by a discussion on seasonal health and what that really means.
- Candlelight Restorative Yoga: Join us for a gentle practice by candlelight based on your needs, desires and intentions.

- Seasonal Cooking Class: Connect food to seasonal health and the importance of eating specific foods to build a strong immune system all while enjoying a cup of warm seasonal tea.
- Yoga class with Seasonal Focus

- Stretch and Strengthen Yoga: During this practice, a takeaway oil will be placed on each mat that benefits and supports our seasonal health focus.
- Journaling and Reflection
- Seasonal Tea Blending: This hands on tea workshop includes recipes and inspiration.
