All meals are special events at Blackberry Farm, and our Culinary team takes great pride in using only the finest ingredients to create memorable cuisine. Dinner is enjoyed by reservation for hotel guests in The Barn at Blackberry Farm® or The Dogwood at Blackberry Farm®.
The Barn The DogwoodHoused in a turn of the century bank-style barn located in the center of our Farmstead, the James Beard Award-winning restaurant offers multi-course menus rooted in our Appalachian ingredients from around the region as well as farm products harvested just a few feet from the front door. Alongside the antique-style linens, custom chairs, and sterling silver is a style of cuisine that is more formed and delicate, and expresses the essence of our food from the farm and south, though not necessarily “southern food.” Complementing the cuisine is our James Beard and Wine Spectator Award-winning wine program offering more than 9,000 different selections housed in The Barn Wine Cellar. The Barn’s bar program also boasts an impressive spirits list with over 300 whiskies and brandies available, many of which are simply unattainable outside of Blackberry Farm.
Dinner in The Barn at Blackberry Farm® is available to guests age 10 and older with a reservation.
Reservations may be made during the 6:00pm and 8:00pm hours.
Dinner at The Barn is an elevated experience where guests look forward to dressing up. Jackets are strongly preferred. Suits, dress pants, skirts and dresses are great options.
Situated within the Main House, the Dogwood welcomes guests to a relaxed fine-dining experience, featuring a shorter multi-course experience and sweeping views of the Chilhowee ridgeline. Inspired by that remarkable location, but open to creative interpretations and flavors, the Dogwood’s well-crafted cuisine is characterized by an eclectic perspective expressed through diverse dishes and fare. Seasonal menus are served in an intimate environment that is elegant and comfortable, with engaging guest experiences like passed small bites, shared plates and an ever-changing sideboard of classic Farmstead desserts. Complementing this memorable cuisine, the Dogwood’s beverage program features a curated list of small-production wine and beer and an exclusive assortment of inventive cocktails, unique whiskeys and American brandies.
Dining in The Dogwood at Blackberry Farm® is available to registered hotel guests only.
Diners can enjoy either indoor or outdoor seating, weather permitting.
The Dogwood is family friendly and welcomes guests of all ages.
Reservations begin at 5:30pm and run through 9:00pm.
