On The Farm

From the heirloom gardens to the heritage livestock pasture, our Farmstead is a year-round operation constantly adding to the rich history of the Farm and its environs.

  • Sweet potatoes and beans are planted.

  • We harvest edible flowers, herbs, tomatoes, peppers, squash, beans, okra and more.

  • It's milking season for animals to produce cheeses.

  • August is Garden Month where guests can meet the gardeners and enjoy tomato tastings.

  • Our Garden team starts planting seeds for Fall greens and root vegetables.
