The culinary program at Blackberry focuses on honoring the land and celebrating the cuisine of our region. Chef Eric Adjepong and winemaker Bibiana Rave share that sentiment and honor their roots and heritage in the cuisine and wine they share. This intimate, high-energy event is a celebration of statement-making flavor, enjoying the West African-inspired dishes of Chef Eric and wines created in California, with a heritage story that pays tribute Bibiana’s native country of Colombia.
