Dining

Savor field-fresh flavors and renowned hospitality all in the breathtaking setting of the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in our three award-winning restaurants on property. Alternative dining experiences such as Meals A'field and In Room Dining are also available.

Our Concierge team is ready to help plan out your epicurean adventures. Dinner and Meals A'field reservations are required.

What To Pack

  • Any personal medications you may need
  • Rain jacket per daily forecast
  • Hat, sunscreen and sunglasses
  • Stylish adventure and resort wear for daytime dining and activities
  • Suits, dress pants, skirts, dresses, well-kept dark denim and collared shirts for dining at The Barn (Ties are optional, while jackets are recommended)
  • Collared shirts, dress pants and dresses for dining at the Dogwood

Packing for Warm Weather Activities

  • Fly Fishing

    • Calf-length socks

    • Moisture wicking pants, shorts or leggings

    • Moisture wicking long or short-sleeve shirt

    • Easy slip-off shoes

  • Horseback Riding

    • Jeans or long athletic pants or riding breeches

    • Closed-toe rigid shoes, cowboy boots if Western, paddock boots or tall boots if English

    • Short-sleeve top

    • Stables will provide half-chaps as needed

    • Helmets are required and provided

  • Hiking

    • Waterproof, closed-toe shoes, such as hiking boots or tennis shoes

    • Wool or synthetic socks

    • Moisture wicking pants, shorts or leggings

    • Moisture wicking long or short-sleeve shirt

    • Fleece or soft shell jacket

    • Small backpack or daypack (+/- 20 liters), or our guides can provide

  • Cycling

    • Breathable cycling shorts or leggings

    • Short-sleeve top
