An old saying goes, “Don’t blink or you will miss it,” and this rings true each fall. We are savoring every minute of fall – the sights, smells and the temperatures. This time of the year is fleeting. Stop and take a minute to enjoy your surroundings. On the farm, we are “enjoying the moment,” by introducing a new fall beer, hiking the smokies, sipping on new cocktails, noshing on new creations and much more!
