The beverage program at Blackberry Farm spans a thoughtfully curated list of wines and premium spirits, as well as unique wine and whiskey tasting experiences for our guests. In addition to wine and spirit tastings, we host wine events throughout the year where we are fortunate to build connections with renowned winemakers and wine importers who share our passion for quality.

  • American Whiskey Tasting

    The core of American whiskey production surrounds us in the South, and our collection is comprised of both American and international whiskies. Take the opportunity to bask in the amber glow that emanates from within our bars and educate your mind and palate during a whiskey tasting with one of our sommeliers.

  • Scotch Whisky Tasting

    This tasting features six different styles of scotch, highlighting our collection of some of the most rarified bottlings produced and exploring the nuances among the major regions of Scotland. Great for those who have always enjoyed Scotch or maybe an American whiskey drinker looking to expand their horizons, this tasting will cover the "terroirs” of Scotland, distillery history, production techniques and insight into current market trends.

  • The Bucket List Experience

    The Bucket List Experience goes beyond singular experiences to allow guests the opportunity to taste rarified spirits side by side in a true comparison of unique bottlings. Guided by our expert sommeliers, this experience allows our guests to taste through five of the most special and rare Bourbons, Scotches, Armagnac and Cognacs that Blackberry Farm and the world have to offer. With the opportunity to taste alongside other high-caliber bottles, our guests will leave with a better understanding of these glorified spirits and what is truly worth the hype.

    With 160,000 bottles to choose from, Blackberry Farm’s wine cellar is deep with opportunities to learn more about wine. During your stay, you can schedule an opportunity to spend time with a member of our sommelier team for an in-depth tasting and explore regions, varieties, producers and vintages.

    • Must be 21 years or older to participate

  • Wine and Cheese Tasting

    Our sommeliers will guide you in exploring the delicious nuances and principles of wine and cheese pairing theory through this tasting. Enjoy five to six wines expertly paired with different types of cheeses from around the world.

    • Offered Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 3:00pm by reservation

  • Taste Like a Sommelier

    This tasting gives sommelier-led insight into the distinct characteristics of six superb wines from all different regions of the wine world. This blind tasting allows you to truly determine what styles of wine you enjoy and what grapes you never knew you loved. Taste Like a Sommelier is ideal for anyone who has a thirst for enhancing and expanding their wine palate.

Blackberry Farm is a year-round, family-friendly property and children of all ages are welcome! Charges for an additional person or children sharing the same room as their parents/adults are complimentary for children three years and below, while children four years and above will incur an additional nightly charge per person. The traditional room rate includes breakfast and dinner in our restaurants or at Camp Blackberry during our normal dining hours. This also includes in-room pantry snacks and beverages.
