  • Yoga Basics

    Specifically for those new to yoga, this class introduces the fundamentals of a yoga practice; breath, awareness, proper alignment and mindfulness practices, in a comfortable environment. This option is also an excellent choice for those working around injuries or for longtime yoga students looking to refine their practice.

  • Flow Yoga

    The focus of this practice is a warming series of postures following the breath to promote body awareness, calm the nervous system and restore a sense of clarity and ease.

  • Restorative Yoga

    A blend of moving meditations and relaxing restorative poses (typically done on the floor) to help the body release stress and tension. Restorative poses are an important part of a long-term yoga practice, helping to recharge energy reserves, heal the body from stress and bring the nervous system to a more balanced state.

    Meditation is the simple and direct practice of moment-to-moment mindfulness.
