Outdoor

  • Swimming

    Our outdoor family pool is surrounded by spectacular views of the Great Smoky Mountains, the lawns and meadows of the estate and the adult only pool located at the Wellhouse.

    • The Wellhouse Pool is heated and open year-round. The Family Pool is open seasonally Memorial Day through Labor Day.

  • Tennis and Pickleball

    Tucked in the hillside just below the Main House and Guesthouse are two hard courts to play both tennis and pickleball. You’ll always find fresh towels and mountain spring water court-side and equipment is available at the Oak Cottage.

    • Open seasonally. Courts and gear are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Destinations by Lexus Test Drive Opportunity

    Eastern Tennessee is graced with dramatic byways and roads that meander through the mountains, where guests of Blackberry Farm can experience driving tours in luxury. When planning a trip to the Great Smokies or even a quick jaunt into town, reserve one of our available Lexus vehicles with our compliments.

    • Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and have proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license or International driver license and have valid U.S. automotive insurance.

Mastercraft Boating Experiences

Blackberry Farm is a year-round, family friendly property and children of all ages are welcome! Charges for an additional person or children sharing the same room as their parents/adults are complimentary for children three years and below, while children four years and above will incur an additional nightly charge per person. The traditional room rate included breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our restaurants or at Camp Blackberry during our normal dining hours. This also included in-room pantry snacks and beverages.

*Additional charges will apply with applicable taxes and a 20% service charge.
