    Our Farmside pool is nestled within the lush lawns and meadows of the estate and is located at the heart of the Farm near Camp Blackberry. Our Wellhouse Pool is located at the Wellhouse and features a heated water system to offer a tranquil escape all year long.
     

    • The Wellhouse Pool is open year-round, 24 hours a day to guests age 16 and up. The Farmside Pool is open seasonally Memorial Day through Labor Day to guests of all ages.

  • Tennis and Pickleball

    Tucked in the hillside just below the Main House and Guesthouse are two hard courts to play both tennis and pickleball. You’ll always find fresh towels and mountain spring water court side and equipment is available at the Oak Cottage.

    • Open seasonally. Courts and gear are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and have proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license or International driver's license and have valid U.S. automotive insurance.

Blackberry Farm is a year-round, family-friendly property and children of all ages are welcome! Charges for an additional person or children sharing the same room as their parents/adults are complimentary for children three years and below, while children four years and above will incur an additional nightly charge per person. The traditional room rate includes breakfast and dinner in our restaurants or at Camp Blackberry during our normal dining hours. This also includes in-room pantry snacks and beverages.
